What does it do?
Shop Health Reminder checks the important parts of your online store every day and sends you an email if it finds any problems. This helps you detect issues before your customers or accounting team notice them.
It checks things such as:
- Products: products with a price of 0, disabled products that still have stock, unavailable products, or products with missing information.
- Discounts and vouchers: 100% discounts, unusually high discounts, and campaigns that have expired or are about to expire.
- URLs and IDs: incorrect or duplicate URLs, product references, and duplicate EAN13 codes.
- Orders: orders that have remained in the same status for too long.
- Delivery and payment: missing payment methods, carriers, zones, or other incorrect configurations.
Every problem is marked as critical or warning, and each result includes a direct link to the affected item in the back office.
Easy to customize
Each check can be enabled or disabled separately, and you can add exclusions so that intentionally different products or vouchers do not keep appearing as problems.
The goal is simple: detect webshop problems before they cause real issues.

- Active products with a price of zero, including combinations

- Discounts above a threshold you set, plus fixed discounts higher than the product price

THE REPORT
- Scheduled email report in HTML and plain text
- Every row links directly to the corresponding item in the back office
- Findings marked as “critical” or “warning”
- The number of displayed rows can be capped per check, while the reported total always shows the real number
- Clean checks are listed at the bottom, proving that they were executed
- Optionally stay silent when everything is fine, or send the email as a regular heartbeat
- One or more recipients, with fallback to the shop email address
- Choose the report language
- In Multistore, the report contains a separate section for each shop

- A separate exclusion list for every check
- Two global exclusion lists, for products and categories, applied to all catalog checks
