OpenAI Ads Product Feed & Conversion Tracking
When a shopper asks ChatGPT for "a waterproof hiking jacket under 150 euros", OpenAI Ads decides which products to surface. It can only surface products it holds in its catalogue, and it can only optimise for stores whose conversions it can actually measure. This module does both jobs end to end.
Feed generators and conversion-tracking modules are usually sold as separate tools, and over time their data drifts apart. Here the identifier written into the feed is the same identifier reported in the conversion events, so your reports match instead of contradicting each other.

03 Delivery by hosted URL or SFTP
OpenAI fetches the feed from a password-protected URL, or the module uploads it by SFTP on the schedule you set.
04 Pixel + Conversions API, no duplicates
The browser pixel and the server-side Conversions API send the same event ID, so every conversion is counted once.
05 Verified with OpenAI in one click
A test event confirms your API key directly with OpenAI. It is a validation only: nothing is recorded.

Customer data leaves only after consent, and email addresses are hashed with SHA-256. Works with the GDPR Pro module too.

08 Two scheduled jobs
One refreshes the feed, the other sends the events. Run them from the server cron or the PrestaShop Cron Jobs module; every run is logged.
09 Removed products stop showing in ads
OpenAI keeps a product that simply disappears from the file for up to 14 days. So a product that leaves your feed (excluded, sold out, disabled or deleted) is sent as out of stock for 3 days, then removed.

- What are the requirements?
- PrestaShop 1.7.3 to 9.x and PHP 7.2 or higher; an OpenAI Ads account, where you get the Pixel ID and the Conversions API key (OpenAI Ads Manager → Tools → Conversions); the ability to run two scheduled jobs, with the server cron or the official PrestaShop Cron Jobs module. For SFTP delivery you also need the SFTP details from OpenAI Ads Manager.
- How is it installed?
- Upload the .zip in Modules → Module Manager with Upload a module, then click Configure. The 7-step wizard opens: your shop, pixel and Conversions API, consent, product feed, feed delivery, the two scheduled jobs and the final check. At each step the module shows what is missing and checks the setting.
- Does it work with my consent banner?
- Yes. Enter the cookie name or a JavaScript expression that tells whether the visitor accepted, then click Check now. If you choose, the pixel loads only after consent. The GDPR Pro module is recognised automatically.
- How do I know everything works?
- The wizard's last step and the Health tab in the settings test live: your shop details, the pixel, the Conversions API (with a test event accepted by OpenAI), consent, the feed and the two scheduled jobs.
